- A 130g bag of Rockin’ Ranch Hippeas Chickpea Tortilla Chips
- 1 block firm smoked tofu
- 40g plain flour
- 40ml water
- Slightly open your bag of chips & CRUSH
- Make your ‘batter’ by mixing the flour and water. This helps them to stick.
- Coat the tofu in the flour mixture, scrape off excess, then toss into the Hippeas bag to coat.
- Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
- Serve with garlic mayo, or your choice of dip and enjoy!
